Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped within 3-5 days after receipt of payment.
Shipping is offered as standard shipping which is Royal Mail 48.
Orders over £25 are automatically upgraded to Tracked 48.
Additional services including next day before 1pm service are available from the drop down menu when you are completing checkout.

Collect From Us

If you wish to collect your order from us directly please contact us before placing your order.
You will be sent a text message when your order is ready for collection.
Please do not attempt collection until you have confirmation that your order is ready.
Orders are processed within 3-5 days after receipt of payment.

Returns & exchanges are only accepted if there has been an error on our part for example if we have misspelt any of the personalisation details.
We cannot offer refunds for delays caused by postal strikes or delays due to customs.
The customer is responsible for any additional costs incurred from import taxes or duty.
When purchasing the bags with gift tags please note: we supply the gift tags at no extra charge because they are printed on the waste card at the same time as the bag.
If you want the tags individually personalised you MUST add the list of names in the personalisation box or add a note in this box stating that you have sent me a message with the list.
Please note: string NOT is not included.
Please do not message me after this point as I cannot accept it, once orders are received they are automatically queued to print.
